AAMI Bridge, Melbourne Park

AAMI Bridge is currently in the design development phase and is an extension to the development of the National Tennis Centre located within the Melbourne Olympic Park precinct.

The bridge will span from the plaza of the new Tennis Centre across Olympic Boulevard to the concourse of AAMI Park thus allowing free, unobstructed pedestrian connections between AAMI Park, The National Tennis Centre and the MCG Concourse. The bridge ultimately connects Jolimont to the river.

The proposal also includes a pair of Olympic rings from the 1956 Melbourne Olympic Games creating an historic yet spectacular threshold for the Olympic Park Precinct.

Construction is expected to commence soon.

Another Healthcare win

Another recently awarded project involves the provision of a 20 bed Non-acute Adult Mental Health Unit at the Shoalhaven Hospital. The unit/service needs to provide for a mixed in-patient gender and acuity, with shared support and separate living and outdoor spaces. The inpatient facility will ensure a range of age groups and persons at different stages of care need can be safely and appropriately accommodated at any one time, close to home, with access to specialist treatment, rehabilitation, recovery-oriented, and community mental health services.
